Step into a sacred day of healing, empowerment, and deep transformation with Dr. Brett Jones (Lakota) in the heart of Aotearoa/New Zealand.
This immersive experience blends ancient indigenous wisdom with modern healing practices, offering a powerful journey for those seeking to reconnect with their true essence and highest purpose.
Guided by Dr. Brett, a dedicated Sun Dancer, chiropractor, and healing facilitator, this gathering honors the sacred medicines of breath, movement, and energy work. Drawing from ancestral traditions and somatic healing, you will embark on a transformative journey of self-awareness, spiritual activation, and embodied healing.
Chelita will weave her insight, knowledge and experience with Rongoā Māori, Mirimiri and Matauranga Māori to acknowledge, clear and restore balance from a Te Ao Māori perspective.
Join us and be immersed in this cross cultural collaboration of Ancestral Practices, woven potently throughout the day by both Brett and Chelita.
The days program will include:
Sacred Healing Practices: Rooted in Dr. Brett’s connection to Sun Dance teachings and indigenous wisdom, we will engage in energy healing and somatic release, shedding old layers and aligning with the deeper rhythms of the earth and spirit.
Breathwork Activations: By harnessing, te Hau - the breath as a sacred tool, we will enter altered states of awareness, clearing emotional and energetic blockages, and activating higher levels of clarity, power, and connection to self. Both Dr. Brett and Chelta are trauma informed indigenous breathwork facilitators.
Movement as Medicine: Explore the healing power of intuitive movement, reconnecting with your body through somatic practices that restore balance and flow, creating a deeper relationship between your physical and energetic selves.
Q&A Wisdom Circle: Join Dr. Brett & Chelita in an open communal space to ask questions, share insights, and dive into the intersection of ancient teachings and modern healing. This is an opportunity to integrate the wisdom of the day and learn how to bring these practices into your everyday life.
Consciousness Deepening: Throughout the day, we will deepen our connection to the sacred, exploring spiritual dialogue and ceremonial practices that will help you access your higher self and live in greater harmony with the world around you.
Join us for a Mihi Whakatau on Tuesday evening 5pm, where we will formally welcome Dr, Brett and our manuhiri into the whenua (land) A sacred evening to connect, acknowledge and prepare for the following day.

This unique breathwork event is anchored in Indigenous wisdom and practice, utilising the divine MAURI or life force of the breath, to take you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, allowing you to access valuable insights into what has been holding you back.

Full Moon Astrological update and sauna with Arthur Fairlight
For this full moon,
Arthur will be giving a one hour long transmission on this particular full moon and also a current Astrological update on what energies are at play right now.
With the Full Moon in Aries conjunct Chiron and the Sun in Libra, this full moon highlights the tension between our desire to harmonise with others (Libra) or following own fiery, independent impulses (Aries).
Chiron in Aries is bringing awareness to any hesitancy we may have towards putting ourselves first and honouring our own needs
And the North Node which is also in Aries is asking us to step BOLDLY into that fire!🔥
The sauna after the session will be the perfect way to activate that Aries fire in body, mind and spirit.
At about 8:30 we hope see the full moon rise over the lake from inside the sauna 🔥 (weather dependent)
